hey i got a new podcast. i know the audio is crap and there are some breaks in it but ohh well. ohh the song is really slow. yay i made this late and i might just delete this podcast if you don't like it wait for my next podcast (i think i know why i have bad sound). so hopefully it will be better in the next podcast. i can't get my RSS feed up because when i try it gives me a error message. hopefully i will be able to get it somtime soon.

for free virus and spyware blockers go to www.download.com. and type in Ad-Aware and AVG in the search avg is a virus block and ad-aware a spy blocker there both free so if you don't have virus or spyware protection check them out!
